Informed patients are more likely to manage their asthma well and have positive health outcomes. Asthma Foundation offers a range of free information resources to support people in better understanding and managing their asthma.

- A range of informational videos - the Live Well with Asthma series. This series of videos (which can be either played in its entirety, or singly) is designed to improve asthma knowledge. It is an an initiative of the Asthma Work Group of the Queensland Health Statewide Respiratory Clinical Network and Asthma Foundation Queensland, and funded by Queensland Health.
- Asthma Action Plans - we have a range of plans that are available for download. This includes Asthma Action Plans in a range of different languages.
- Comprehensive range of brochures. These are available for you or your patients to download here, or call (1800 645 130) or email us to order in bulk.
- Asthma Control Packs - these are freely available and include a range of resources to help your patients in better managing their asthma. Encourage your patients to register here.
